When looking at the company charts, remember to look for results outside the upper and lower limits,
as this indicates an unusual quarter. When you see multiple growth rate determinations, this means that
there was a run of 7 or more above or below the previous trend line, indicating a sustainable change in
the growth rate (CAGR). This can be checked by extending forward the previous green trend line to find a
run of the next 7 or more quarters above or below this extended trend line. In some cases the current green
trend line must be extended backwards to look for 7 previous quarters above/below.
Either of these filters will take you to a shorter list of companies which can be clicked to take you to that company’s data page. Once on a data page you can also just click “Next” to go to the next company in the total list.
Once on a company’s data page, there are some visual clues in the data table to help you digest the information.
